Information you provide

Our forms collect the details shown beside each field, such as your name, contact details, country, education, work experience, course interest and enquiry. During enrolment and study we may also hold booking, payment, attendance, assessment and correspondence records. Please provide only information needed for your enquiry; do not send sensitive personal information or card details through enquiry forms.

Why we use information

We use enquiry and application information to respond, assess the appropriate study route and take steps you request before a booking. We use learner records to deliver and administer your training contract. We process records required by law on the basis of legal obligations. We may rely on legitimate interests for routine service administration, security and resolving complaints, taking your rights into account. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it by contacting us. A form acknowledgement does not give blanket permission for unrelated marketing.

Sharing and service providers

Authorised staff and teaching personnel access information needed for their work. Website hosting, email, learning-platform and payment providers may process information to operate these services. Card payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy information. Information may be shared with relevant certification bodies when needed for an award, or where required by law. We do not sell enquiry or learner information.

Retention

We retain information only for the purpose for which it is needed, including resolving enquiries, administering training, verifying awards and meeting legal or accounting obligations.
