Terms & Conditions
Updated 2 October 2026
These terms apply to Oxley Façades training and course bookings. Please read them together with the course information and your written admission confirmation. They update our existing Terms of Service, including its cancellation and refund policy.
1. About us
Oxley Façades Ltd is registered in England and Wales, company number 12352080. Registered office: 27 Ashcott Avenue, Leicester LE4 0ER, England. Contact info@oxleyfacades.com or +44 7516 179299.
2. Applying and booking
An enquiry or expression of interest does not reserve a place or create a paid booking. A contract is formed when we confirm admission in writing following your application and agreed payment. We will confirm the course, intake, delivery arrangements, fees and any entry requirements before you commit. Please provide accurate information and tell us promptly about relevant changes.
3. Fees and payments
Prices are in pounds sterling. The course page and written booking confirmation set out the total price, any registration fee, instalments and upfront-payment discount. Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed before booking. Card payments are processed through Stripe; we do not ask you to email card details. You remain responsible for the agreed instalments, subject to the cancellation and withdrawal rules below.
If a price is clearly incorrect, we will contact you before accepting the booking. We will not impose a higher price without your agreement. If a payment or essential information is overdue, we will give written notice and seven days to resolve the issue before restricting access.
4. Delivery and participation
We deliver training with reasonable care and skill. You need suitable internet access, equipment and any software specified for your course. Check these requirements before booking and contact us if you need support or adjustments. We may substitute a suitably qualified trainer. If we cannot provide training at the agreed time, we will discuss an alternative with you; you do not have to accept a material change to your booking.
Course materials and recordings are for enrolled learners’ personal study. Do not redistribute, publish or commercially reuse them without permission. Attend and complete the assessments required for the stated award. Training does not by itself confer a professional licence, regulated competence or guaranteed employment.
5. Cancellation, refunds and withdrawal
To cancel or withdraw, email info@oxleyfacades.com from your registered email address with your name, course and booking details. You do not need to give a reason to exercise a statutory cancellation right.
Our published refund policy provides a full refund for cancellation requested within 14 days of your first payment or within one day after your first training session, whichever is later. This policy does not reduce any statutory right, including an applicable 14-day cancellation period beginning when a distance service contract is made.
After this period, refunds are calculated pro rata using the full programme length and original full course fee. We will provide the calculation in writing, showing the training already supplied, payments received, any refund and any remaining amount due. Withdrawal does not automatically cancel payments for training already supplied. Where consumer law gives a more favourable result, that law takes priority.
If you ask us to begin a service during a statutory cancellation period, we will seek the express request and information required by law. Starting a session alone does not remove your statutory rights. Any lawful charge on statutory cancellation must be proportionate to services supplied. We will make refunds due without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline, normally to the original payment method.
6. Changes or cancellation by us
If we cancel a course or cannot deliver the agreed service, we will offer an appropriate alternative or refund for services not supplied, without limiting your legal rights. If an advertised CPD-accredited certificate cannot be issued after successful completion of a course sold on that basis, our existing policy provides a full refund. This does not imply that every course is accredited: accreditation for the Diploma in Façade Technology is still in progress. Confirm the activity scope for your course and intake before booking.
7. Problems and complaints
Please contact info@oxleyfacades.com with your booking details and the issue. We will review it and explain the proposed resolution. Nothing in these terms excludes rights to remedies for a service that was not delivered with reasonable care and skill or as agreed.
8. Liability and your rights
Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Your statutory consumer rights are preserved. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for failures outside our reasonable control, subject always to applicable law.
9. Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for how we use enquiry, application and learner information. Marketing permission is separate from making an enquiry or booking a course.
10. Other terms
Booking notices are sent in writing, normally by email. Any transfer of our obligations will protect your rights. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a term does not waive it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing any mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings in the courts available to you as a consumer.
